Premium Piran Sea Salt From Slovenia – Salt Flower 500g

Piran salt, a noble product of the Sečoveljska Solina Landscape Park, is the result of the work of restless wind, warm sun and diligent salt workers. It is produced by hand, using traditional methods that are more than 700 years old. The basic process is natural crystallization on salt fields protected by petola – a valuable biosedimentary base consisting of minerals and microorganisms. Salt with a protected designation of origin is light and has an extraordinary taste, which is complemented by the mother water trapped in the crystals.
